Figure captions not respecting boundaries

Hey,

I am writing vignettes with BiocStyle::html_document but have troubles with the alignment of texts and plots.

Here in the first image, you see that the Figure caption is too long. How can I force this to not happen?

And I wanted to ask why are the plots not centered in the middle and the space for the plots longer than for the section titles and text? Is it possible to align the plot to the right?
