I'm not sure what the intention was, but #126 has broken the link on https://contributions.bioconductor.org/reviewtools.html to the package review checklist ("Reviewers can download a template review checklist here").
It now links to https://github.com/Bioconductor/Contributions/blob/devel/issue_template.md (the package submission checklist) rather than to https://github.com/Bioconductor/pkgrevdocs/blob/devel/docs/package-review-checklist.md (the package review checklist).
