Actually this is solved for me now. Just an observation in case anyone has similar problem after installing and something for authors to fix? First I had "version `GLIBCXX_3.4.30' not found" error. Which I then solved by conda install gcc. Then I had "ImportError: numpy.core.multiarray failed to import", then I just did conda install numpy. Now I am able to import. I did everything in a conda environment with python 3.8
