Bug description

Conditional filenames dont work with capitalization.

Steps to reproduce

Go to tools - options - save - conditional file names
Add a new entry for a tag starting it with a capital letter.
Download an image with the tag.
Image is not named according to conditional filename.

Expected behavior

Tags in conditional filenames should ignore capitalization the same as when searching a tag.

System information

OS: Windows 11
Grabber version: 7.12.2
