Thinking out loud: Do we need an additional spec that lists all the nodes the LSP has? Maybe include a website, contact info, terms of service?

For example: I got a website field in LSPS1 that is not specific to LSPS1 but to all other specs as well.

This should include a fee schedule / rate table. Currently LSPS1 V2 only talks about how to actually purchase the channel, but includes no description of a workflow for querying an LSP to see what they have available.
