Switch Identity Endpoint

Add an endpoint PUT /switch-identity with a node_id, which sets the given node id (if it's one the user controls - e.g. the personal one and companies the user is signatory of) as the default for bill actions

We persist it in SurrealDB and fall back to personal identity, if nothing is set
