800k incoming from Kraken have arrived but are not recognised in the wallet
lightning invoice for 104k issued twice, paid once, but again not recognised in the wallet

Consider if we pass these on to the Cashu project, even if we do the fixes. Coordinate with Calle about it, as our contribution.
