What is the simplest way to show active notivications after wak-up?

Hi, I am using sleep and wake-up in my nspanels. After woke up, nspanel not showing notification. Of course, there is red envelope to tap, but I like to have notification text on the main screen. I know there is many options but which do You find the best guys?
There is no Call a Page: notification, right?

I use this to display whose turn it is to take the dishes out of the dishwasher, or when the garbage collection is due.
