Simple water heater (boiler) control made

Hi all,

Since on the new version we also have the option to use entities page and for me are too many available, I have changed the first one to accommodate one simple slider. The slider give you the option to chose the "requested_temperature" for water heater. Once you choose it pressing the check mark button is sending via script the value to the heater.
Down I use to display the Mode of operation (manual/program or eco) as well as Available showers and Current water temperature.
Down right corner, the X mark will trigger the script to switch from "manual" mode to "program" in order to cancel your request and to avoid not needed electricity charges :)
