When nsf is imported, the duty cycle information is interpreted as different instruments with different duty cycle values.

What I mean is that if you click on an "imaginary" checkbox, for example, it will be interpreted as an envelope, like this

That's kind of a niche feature, so I could understand not implementing it

Oh ok, i totally get it now. Yeah that's a valid request. Not sure it will be very high priority, but ill keep the issue open.

It may be that NSF import was added before we added support for duty cycle effect track, so that's why we went the "multiple instruments" way. Having a checkbox would be the best compromise.
