…ry action bar vanish - REVAMP! Found a much better way involving setting the opener Frame's parent. Also, shrank the code a lot. For issue Boboseb#9, I ask the bar object itself for the correct direction.

if I have an instance of a flyout opener on the primary action bar (the main one between the gryphons/wyverns) they will vanish if I drag anything, say a spell out of the spell book or a mount or anything off any actionbar or etc. It comes back as soon as I drop whatever I'm dragging, so this bug is pretty minor.
