User is reporting that the update protection notice is making navigation cumbersome when working on several sites.

Describe the solution you'd like
User suggested adding a setting to turn off the update protection notice

Describe alternatives you've considered
Provided user with a snippet to hide the notice but user states that the provided snippet could cause conflicts on his site.
