User k40 (Nippelsson#6364) on discord suggested an alternative heatmap command where the datapoints are filtered to the user's detections.

Essentially, when grabbing banned players from the Players table for the heatmap, filter on all the unique reportedIDs from the Reports table where the reporterID is one of the discord user's linked accounts.
