open link in desktop and data field is sometimes empty

When opening deep links in the desktop, sometimes the data with link properties is empty, like this:

And sometimes it works, with full info:

This is intermittent, how can I solve this? Have you experienced this before?

We experience this on a regular basis. We found out that ad blockers may cause this but that's not the only cause.

Sometimes it feels like Branch servers have some sort of eventual consistency and that causes this to fail randomly.

Overall, I personally discourage anyone from using branch for anything serious as it can easily break and their support is completely clueless and unresponsive about it.

The first screenshot is the furthest I've been able to get. Wasted many hours trying to get this to work. Is anybody maintaining this library?

we experiencing the same issue, in some chrome browsers the link will now be resolved by branch Web SDK, and only after removing branch_session_first from local storage, it will work again.

The last time we experienced the issue in chrome: 92.0.4515.107

I also face this issue but this is due to VPN and ad blocker and when we open that link on Mozilla browser private window then also it will not work because due to security issue that browser block 3rd party api.
