The P2P license allows anyone who is part of our cooperative network (i.e. contributors) fair access to the code, but otherwise the code must be licensed to outside users.

Would this license however mean that we're not open source? That could be a requirement for a lot of grants, etc

I think if we need an open source license for a specific repo, we can change it , but have the peer production on defaultively
