Wrong error message on config with missing closing }

Description:
Grab attached modfolder with a bug in the config.cpp, run hemtt build observe bad error message.

1. The warning is wrong, it says it didn't expect a {, but the { is perfectly fine there. The issue is that it's not closed before EOF.

When I first encountered this error, it also reported the { to be in line 21, even though its in 22. But now after several tries I cannot reproduce that anymore.
