New release timeline

Is there any timeline for a new release sometime in the near future? I require recent commits that were merged but have not yet been released. I am unable to target a specific commit or branch as I get this error from SPM:

package 'cuckoo' is required using a revision-based requirement and it depends on local package 'ocmockwrapper', which is not supported
