We should be able to remove attachments linked to a transaction.

I've added the "Good first issue" label, since it should be pretty straightforward to implement this functionality:

  • Add a delete button to the linked attachment
  • Call and implement the delete Handlers

It is for both transaction creation as for the transaction edit
