Dependency of dnsmasq leasetime

The connected_devices script uses the DHCP leases file /tmp/dhcp.leases and substracts a fixed leasetime of 30 min (https://github.com/Bytespeicher/space-status/blob/master/connected_devices#L12). When someone changes the dnsmasq leasetime by accident the script generates a wrong "last changes", e.g. in the future.

connected_devices should check the real lease time in the dnsmasq config.
