Get access to overcloud:

Admin user:

Store the admin_rc file on your machine and source admin_rc
Create the non-admin project/user as the examples in create_project.sh in this repo

Non-admin user:

Admin sends you non-admin user's credentials.
Edit the example_rc with the credentials and source that rc file.
