After prepaid is implemented, update the README to include details about prepaid billing

@knikolla @naved001 I initially planned on explaining all the processing steps involved, and a brief explanation of all the invoices we are exporting. However, given the large number of changes to this repo, do you guys have a better idea on how to structure the README or documentation for this repo?
