BU sends to the MGHPCC a CSV containing all credits added to prepaid groups within a given month. This CSV is used by the MGHPCC to know how much to bill prepaid groups for their prepayments.

This CSV, generated monthly, is essentially a monthly snippet of the Prepaid Group Credits CSV in our private billing repo.
