Remove default arguments for path of generated invoices

These should be hardcoded in the invoice class with the current default.

Motivation for doing this is that the current s3 key that we're uploading to depends on the name of the invoice that is provided dynamically. We cannot therefore reliably fetch the uploaded invoices from S3.
