Once #92 allows us to fetch prior invoices, we can start to run some analysis and compare months.

The NERC Billed Utilization sheet compares for each SU type and for each month:

Billable Utilization (as a % of available hardware)
Billable Revenue (in $)
Non-Billable Utilization (as % of available hardware)
Total Utilization (as % of available hardware)
SU Total / Node
