[Bug] Fix formatting on No results found modal

Description

The modal that pops up when there is no match for your search term on the Results page looks a little off. It seems like we probably want it to look more like the corresponding modal on the Conduct tests page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Results page.
2. Enter a search term that does not have any matches.
