Formalise and integrate parallel processing improvements made in the #datastream branch into the ngiab branch

  • Rename the variables in the realization that enable the netcdf cache and the per rank nexus output
  • Integrate the csv file merging into ngen rather than a separate script
  • add a default / appropriate warning when using cache with netcdf with lots of cores
  • Update documentation to cover the new options.
