Integrate Plato for Static Code Analysis

This PR integrates plato, a static code analysis tool, into the project to provide insights into the maintainability and complexity of the codebase.

Installation:

• Plato was install with npm install -g plato
  Execution:
• The command plato -r -d report src/posts was successfully executed to generate a static analysis report for the src/posts directory
  Artifacts:
• The new directory "report" was generated and contains the analysis results in HTML format
• This report provides maintainability, lines of code, estimated errors in implementation, and lint errors.
• And for each specific file, it provides detailed analysis of complexity

The Lint&Test failure might be caused by the config.json setup which happened before.
