Needs a pause/wipe at end of extrusion blob #6

The blob from one extrusion stayed stuck to the nozzle and crammed itself into the bed during the next blob's purge line, breaking the silicone sock on my Revo. :( There needs to be a lift & pause introduced at the end of the blob to allow the operator to ensure the nozzle is clean before the next purge line.

yeah same thing happened to me lol.
I'll create a PR for this shortly.
