Signalink2: Signaling pathway database

Signaling pathway interactions database that allows to identify pathway regulators, transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulatory components. Confidence score generated using the GO semantics for Human PPI interactions. Mixed data collected from existing databases, literature curation and experiments.
