How are the users going to give feedback?

How about a link that opens a free-text field that, when submitted, requests the backend to notify us through some mechanism (start a discussion in GitHub, or email maintainers, or create a tweet, etc) ...

Or, if that's too much effort, we could also consider linking to a dedicated UserEcho or Discourse board for the project.

Can we make it simple and send as an email to me and cc JP Ebejer? I'm aware it's rudimentary. Or else I will do a Microsoft Form.

I'm personally fine with anything you decide, have you folks had a chance to review the development env improvement PR #47?

If we could merge it (or discuss blockers for it), I can start working on more complex features.
