Create an output for preceding and subsequent errors

Since CryptoAnalysis 3.1.0, each error E stores its preceding errors (errors that cause E) and subsequent errors (errors that are caused by E). However, there is no form of output for those errors yet.

Tasks:

• Add preceding and subsequent errors to the reporters.
• Optional: Note that E can have multiple preceding and subsequent errors. Create a graph for the analysis that visualizes the errors and their connections.
