Hey there class,

Sorry for the delay, but I ended up having some other professor try to take the lobby space from us and I had to get that worked out. (Another reason to make this exhibit bad ass!)

Here is the template for milestone submissions: https://github.com/CSCI-4830-002-2014/Milestones

As I told you, I'm not putting strict deadlines on these, except, please have the first 2 done by Monday, 12/1, and have the 3 & 4 done by the expo (12/11). Every single group member should have their name on 4 of these milestone submissions. I'll be giving much more feedback than usual on these documents. Expect me to comment back a day or two after each submission.

Also, I believe have given everyone their hardware. Please get in touch if something goes awry with the hardware or if you need something else. If you tell me over break, I'll try to have it immediately after break.

Finally, it looks like we're scaling back homeworks drastically for these final weeks. This means, we'll be expecting you to put a lot of time into the projects these weeks. I'm planning on being in ATLAS lobby or BTU working on this stuff most nights over the 2 weeks before the expo. Given you will not have homework submissions, you should plan on working on location for the installation AT LEAST 3 hours each week. I'll try to have some food and music, and make these sessions as fun as possible.

Have a fun break,
Mike
