Scenario 2: Julia zooms in to see her friends
Given that Julia zooms out all the way
And Julia has three friends within 500+ miles from the Julia
And all of her three friends are within the outermost circle
And the outermost circle represents friends 500+ miles from the Julia
When Julia zooms in by 1 click
Then the app displays 3 rings rather than 4
And she only sees dots on the outer circle representing her three friends
And no friends are displayed on the screen
