Whether the international standard includes the Calendar era of ancient dynasties in the world, if so, the international standard should also include the Calendar era of ancient Chinese historical dynasties.

Accepted. Yes the standard accepts such eras. Discussed issue with SAC representatives in WG 5 meeting on 2021-03-03. Historical era information from SAC is welcome.
