Torchlife - a SA pytorch library

Hey all,

So I created a pytorch library called torchlife. I created this so that I can exploit the autodiff capability of pytorch and do survival analysis. This means that you can add hidden layers after the usual input. There is a lot of room for improvement, but unfortunately I'm a bit tied up for time. So this is also a call for help if anyone is interested and would be great to get a hand.

Regardless would be good to get anyone's point of view on the library. I'm fairly new to open source libraries so go easy on me. Also I did ask Cameron's permission (albeit being a while back).
