[BUG] MultiPoint support for esriDynamic geoJSON Export

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When we try to download multi points for esriDynamic it fails because there isno support for mulpoint geometry and this reverted to point. Downloading as vector works fine.

Expected Behavior

We should support multi geometry for any type of server

Steps To Reproduce

1. https://canadian-geospatial-platform.github.io/geoview/outlier-ESRI-maxRecordCount.html
2. Go to Fata Table and click the completed layer
3. Try to download the GeoJSON
4. See error in console
