Css breaks horribly when using this on a component, css modules appear to not work. What would the fix be?

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/53352126/react-loadable-doesnt-work-with-css-modules - is there a way to do allChunks: true which in this post this person "adding allChunks: true option in ExtractTextPlugin", but there is no webpack in meteor.. what's the workaround? Stuck with broken css.
