Describe the bug
Mr. Foxglove says:
Whenever Mr. Foxglove attacks, draw cards equal to the number of cards in defending player's hand minus the number of cards in your hand. If you didn't draw cards this way, you may put a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield.

With a replacement a effect like Teferi's Ageless Insight that replaces/doubles the number of cards drawn, Forge prompts you to put a creature into play despite having drawn cards with Mr. Foxgloves ability.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. You have Mr. Foxglove and Teferi's Ageless Insight on the battlefield under your control.
  2. Have less cards than an opponent.
  3. Have another creature in hand.
  4. Attack with Mr. Foxglove.
  5. You will draw double cards and then forge will prompt you to put a creature into play from your hand.

Expected behavior
The attack ability will trigger, Teferi's Ageless Insight replacement effect will change the number of cards you draw, Mr. Foxglove should still be the source of card draw. You draw twice as many cards and do not put a creature into play.
