Link to website sources in README is broken #120

The first section of the readme (introduction) has this link getcarnet.app sources which is a 404.

It looks like the website probably migrated elsewhere...but where is the source?

Seems like an easy fix, if the web source repo is available to link to. I couldn't find it tho.
