[Analysis] maps api reports errors for analysis when they fail once #583

When an analysis has failed when you rerun again it throws the same error even if you change the failing conditions (like timeout limits)

STR:

  1. set timeout for the user to 10ms
  2. run an analysis that takes more than 10ms
  3. set timeout to 1 year
  4. re run the analysis

It throws the same error and it should re run
