Add subragions for NDI consumer
Just like with the DeckLink consumer, allow the creation of NDI streams using a part of the channel

Add multiple subregions for DeckLink consumers.
This would be useful for merging different parts of a channel into a single SDI DeckLink output.
For example, I need to create a 13,000 x 150 pixel channel to render a news ticker for a LED wall and output it as a single HD stream with multiple rows, each representing a part of the channel.
Currently, to achieve this, I have to use several routing channels and transform properties. I believe that supporting multiple subregions could be a more efficient way to handle this.
