The current implementation of EventManagement only handles the creation of Data Umbrella's event listings that have an associated video (video_url is a required field):

  1. Listing of a non-recorded event is done manually by adding an entry in the README table.
  2. Modification of an existing event to that with a status of 'Not Recorded' is not possible.

Only task 1 above is a reasonable candidate for automation, although with a low priority.
