Matching problem because of duplicate names

1. Plazi issue reported: wrong classification appears as chromista should be Plantae > Bryophyta plazi/community#335
2. Duplicate shouldn't exist, the accepted from the base release is the only name that should be maintained given the priorities

The main issue has been resolve but we still need to deal with the duplicated name on the xrelease,

There are still 4 more Plazi datasets with the genus wrongly placed in Chromista. Hence the XR still has them as a duplicate - but marked as provisionally accepted, so the matching should prefer the good one.

The species matches fine. A variety is not matched to the species because the species appears to be a total mess and is listed with pages of synonyms and even 50 UNITE hypothesis.
