[BUG?] Merchant Purchases containing more than one type of item choose items randomly.

To reproduce: purchase the 'polishing kit' from the luxury tab, be unlucky, and receive two brushes or two pots of polishing cream rather than one of each.

To fix: idk make them seperate items in the purchase menu. Seems easier than fucking with the cargo code at a lower level and doing so would be kinda overkill. could also make an item that deletes itself on initialize and spawns one brush and one pot of cream.
