Make App Store from cezerin available on cezerin2!

We have hardcoded URL in Admin dashboard - Settings - Apps section.

https://api.cezerin.com/v1/account/authorize

Here is the original issue - cezerin/client#8

Looks like this api method not available in cezerin2-client

We need to remove this hardcoded features because cezerin original project is dead and do not supported by authors, as i see.

And wee need to investigate, how to Apps section (marketplace) works.

Additional apps (like mail chimp integration, google spreadsheet products import) available after authorization in webstore.

We need to move all this apps infrastructure to cezerin2 and make it available in cezerin2, despite from original cezerin.
