examples: images are generated, but textual output is hardcoded.

The figures are generated with the current MARX version with make. However, textual
output from MARX or ISIS is hardcoded in the rst files. This can lead to incosistent results.
-> Capture STOUT and include the output in the rst files with ..include .

There will be some test processing required, because most of the output shown is not the "full output" of each program, but just the relevant lines.
