Connection fails for a while when opening the browser

Leaving this here mainly for reference. I'm not sure if there's something we can even do about this.

Opening a fresh instance (new window) of Chromium and opening the manager site causes the initial connection to take about 20-30 seconds.

No errors are being logged.

After that, you can click connect and the device will connect normally with no indication that anything ever went wrong.

• Opening a new tab and loading the manager does not show the same issue.
• Auto-connect has no influence
• Deleting site data has no influence
• Clicking connect has no effect other than spewing errors after the connection is initially ready
• Waiting about 20-30 seconds after opening the browser and then opening the site resolves the issue

This strongly looks like a Chrome/OS issue

I am on version Version 131.0.6778.86 Chrome and I managed to connect to the device just couple of times with CC2, and otherwise it pretty much consistently fails.

Edit: not sure if the same issue though, I don't have a device in the list at all
