通过支持HTTPDNS，使得可以通过HTTPDNS服务加速连接api的速度，保留 LocalDNS 的解析方式作为备选

感觉是不是因为默认解析太慢，而且解析不到最快的线路，使得有时候的连接速度受限
XX云等网络服务商都提供了HTTPDNS等服务的一定免费额度
