[BUG]: Phone number is accepting invalid numbers

Describe the bug
In phone number field the number should validate to 10digits

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '](https://chit-chat.tech/organization).'
2. Click on 'In phone number field'
3. Type 9 digits
4. See error

Expected behavior
It should validate the number
