Media Feature Pack

I need Media Feature Pack for one tool I use but I cant seam to find how to install it, and Microsoft downloaded tells me I have a wrong version. TBH I don't know how to check my version. Also I am missing a Win key + start typing to find app thingy, I kind of got used to it :)

NVM guys, I found it how to install it, over the optional features ;)

I still would like to know how to fish Start Menu so after opening it I could start typing what I need and it will give me offers.
